Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing the 120y website or app, registering an account, or using any of the services provided, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 120y platform.

Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of services on the 120y platform, you are required to register a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts under a single individual is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account password. 120y will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. You are required to:

- Not sharing your login credentials with any other party
- Notifying the platform immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 120y platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a variety of popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including online banking, e-wallets, and other approved methods as updated from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any deposit is made using a payment method registered in their own name. 120y reserves the right to decline or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud or in violation of platform policies.

- Withdrawal processing times depend on the method chosen and may take several business days
- Users must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed

Any remaining balance in the account will be processed in accordance with the platform's standard procedures, subject to the necessary verification.
